Job Description

  • Prepare day to day academic routine and implement effectively to get maximum output from the available resources through monitoring and evaluating the activities
  • Communication among teachers and teachers and students and teachers must be followed inside the school premises. Since teachers are role models and students tend to follow them. Therefore, you should create an ambiance to speak English by will
  • Monitoring and motivating the students to speak in correct English language
  • Update the records required (like log book, substitution, accidents, events, dealings, problems and their solutions etc.) and forward it to the principal on weekly basis
  •  Maintain liaise with the parents calling for individual or cluster meetings
  • Allocate the human resource (teaching and non-teaching) available in the right place and mobilize them to get maximum outcome
  • Monitor and evaluate everyday classroom activities
  • Conduct meetings with the members of the level at least once in a month with agenda and minute them with the signature of every member and forward it to principal for verification
  • Monitor and evaluate students’ achievement and provide feedback to the students, teachers and parents as per the requirement
  • Cooperate with the teachers in case of providing or developing teaching materials
  • Monitor the overall discipline and sanitation inside and outside the classrooms of your level specially in term of noise management and school traffic pattern
  • Reporting premises faults, damages, incidents and other occurrences to the school premises to operation Manager
  • Monitor the classrooms and get informed about the need of your classrooms and cooperate to provide such needs
  • Liaison exam department for setting up standard questions, conducting fair exams and preparing flawless progress report card
  • Refer the needy students for further counseling
  • Liaison ECA/CCA department for effective implementation and maximum output of entire ECA/CCA activities
  • Co-ordinate assembly management
  • Take the regular classes allocated on daily basis
  • Communicate with the parents about the scholastic/co-scholastic progress of the ward
  • Communicate, co-ordinate and implement the institutional circulation (plans, rules and regulation) to subordinates
  • Allocate the duties to mobilize subordinates during break and recess time
  • Co-ordinate the house masters and class teachers for the timely publication of wall magazines and class display board
  • Reporting premises faults, damages, incidents and other occurrences to the school Premises to operation Manager
  • Co-operate performing miscellaneous duties and responsibilities when and wherever requested by the authorities
