Job Title: Assistant Business Analyst

Requirements:

Job Details: Assistant Business Analyst is an assistant level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy.

Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.  Preference will be given to candidates with theoretical knowledge in banking, fintech industry, mobile digital payment solutions and mobile financial solutions (MFS).

Age: Minimum age limit of 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for male and 40 years for female on the last date of submission of application.

Candidates are expected to have:

  • Technical background with an understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Collaborate with IT team to understand technical aspects of MFS systems, features and solutions. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements (requirement elicitation), analyze needs, freeze scope and translate them into technical specifications. 
  • Assist in the technical development and implementation of new features and enhancements. 
  • Conduct research and analysis by leveraging data from systems to identify opportunities, and areas for improvements. 
  • Support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking milestones. 
  • Draft technical documents, product paper, test cases, case studies and reports based on the provided data and as per instructions by Team Lead. 
  • Perform UAT and other system related testing whenever required. 
  • Design and Prepare wireframes, proto-types, user journey and process flow via User Interface (UI) by optimizing user experience (UX) 
  • Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD) and concept notes in reference to given business requirements and scope of work
  • Liaise between the IT department to understand support systems, network infrastructure and issue handling 
  • 1Liaise with and Business Department to decipher and simply technical jargons to the team members. 
  • Work closely with vendors, suppliers, developers and manufacturers to support ongoing projects. 
  • Assist in various platform development, software development and provide support in software development lifecycle. 
  • Liaise with partners, marketing team, and out-sourced companies to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and products. 
  • Strictly follow company’s policies and regulatory Policies/Standards/Guidelines  
  • Report all the activities and tasks to Team Lead
