Job Description

  • Assist procurement budget and planning, vendor payment and procurement documentation.
  • Inventory and stock management and resolve related issues immediately.
  • Supervising overall housekeeping regularly and resolve related issues immediately.
  • Monitor office maintenance including office cleanliness, canteen/kitchen management, security management.
  • Monitor punctuality of the employees during working hours through check in and checkout time, record
  • maintenance  and
  • provide monthly attendance report to HR department.
  • Coordinate with HR Department and facilitate socializing events within the company premises or outside.
  • Act as a liaison with outside vendors and staff member.
  • Planning, scheduling, and supervising resources to make sure the targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.
