Skills & experience required: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Candidates with master's degree and better experience will be given preference.
  • Good Knowledge of Accounting
  • Fluent in Nepali and English language, both written and spoken.
  • knowledge of Nepal Tax laws and policies; profeciency in SSF/CIT/banking transactions.
  • Knowledge of internal control system
  • Experience in using computerized accounting, software, preferably.
  • Proficiency in computer use i.e., Microsoft word, excel, Google Drive, email and internet.

Job Description

  • Handle overall day to day financial transactions, admin works, records maintainance, prepare vouchers and entry in NAV system
  • Strongly review the supporting documentation according to complaince
  • Experience in handling financial activities of the organization such as; preparing budget, vouchers, payment, and bank reconcilitation along with good knowledge of taxation and social security systems of Nepal
  • Good Strength in preparing financial reporting
  • Support to other finance staff for financial reporting
  • TAX, ETDs, CIT, and salary deposition at the time
  • Support  organization management team for organization audit and renew
  • Provide suggestions to change finance policy and human resource policy
  • Following up on the internal audit's recommendations, Debtors and creditors
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly request, reconciliations, and financial statement reports
