  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial, administrative and clerical procedures 
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel [Along with accounting software like Tally, Swastik etc]
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali (written and verbal communication)
  • Strong problem-solving orientation, and a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and highly proactive.

Job Description

  • Filling in Monthly VAT return.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closings and reporting
  • Handling compliances of the company related to VAT, TDS, etc.
  • Maintain proper Book Keeping, stock reports, Income & Expenditure entries.
  • Filing vouchers, good received and various paper-work
  • Accounting software entries.
  • Preparation of supporting documents & Vouchers.
  • Prepare memos, letters and other correspondences as & when required.
  • Undertake other administrative and financial tasks as required.
  • Monthly Bank, Customer & Vendor Reconciliation.
