Job Description

Responsibilities include the coordination of ART functions by closely working with District Public Health Office (DPHO), government hospitals, and other stakeholders. The core focus shall include overseeing the smooth functioning of the assigned ART site/s, assisting ART clinician to examine the clients in the clinic, planning and delivering capacity building activities on HIV/AIDS including organizing / facilitating continuing medical education (CME) sessions and conducting technical working group (TWG) / Quality Improvement (QI) meetings at ART site and coordinating with PLHIV support group (PSG); and coordinating community outreach activities and advocacy initiative at site level.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Master degree in Public Health or equivalent with 2 years of experiences or Bachelor in Public Health or equivalent with 5 years of experiences. Candidate with Health Assistant or Staff Nurse Background will be given preference.
  • Experience on ART clinic management with advocacy and marketing related knowledge and skills will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email
  • Fluency in English required
  • Ability to respect organizational confidentiality.
