Ltd. is a leading modern hard drinks blending and bottling unit with an annual turnover of more than 90 crores, manufacturing high grade Nepal made foreign liquors like Vodka, Whiskey, Gin, Pre-mixed drinks etc. One of the current products, “Virgin” whiskey, is the highest selling brand in its segment and the second highest in terms of total volume of any brands sold in the Nepalese market. And also Emperor (scotch malt whiskey ) is our new product which was recently launched in the market.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related stream with minimum 5 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree in related stream with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Specialization in Marketing will be preferred

Job Description

  • Prepare and Submit the weekly and monthly sales plan to set and achieve the sales target
  • Monitor the performance of sales team and distributors
  • Propose, implement and evaluate schemes as per the guidelines
  • Ensure availability of products at right place
  • Prepare and submit competitor & industries analysis
  • Prepare and submit the daily reports of distributors sales & scheme effectiveness
  • Maintain relation with dealer in charge, wholesalers and representatives of allocated area
  • Measure distributors and staff performance according to set standards
