As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales operations in the Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Biratnagar, and Bhairawaha areas. Your primary duties will include:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Managing and leading a team of sales representatives.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
• Preparing sales reports and forecasts
