  • Graduates with 1-2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in both Nepali and English 
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office 
  • Should be willing to travel intensively 
  • Should have very good communication skills 
  • Should have patience and politeness while dealing with dealers 
  • Should be confident and have influential personality 
  • Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email 
  • Should be a license holder with own two wheeler

Job Description

  • Reporting to Manager/HOD/ED 
  • Sales forecasting, Planning, Policy Making, strategy formulation and development of Dealers network of the region 
  • Suggestion for Pricing and schemes 
  • Market research and Market Intel 
  • Monitoring and implementation of system and policies decided by the HO Monitoring of Sales VS Payment and 
  • Payment collection Evaluation of the Dealers 
  • Problems solving if any in the region
