• To promote entire range/specific segment of Bencardo Bathware Products
• To develop strong relation with Dealers, Distributors and Regional Partners by personal visit, courtesy call or by one to one meeting at frequent intervals
• To keep updated data of Dealers 
• To generate orders of products and ensure the on time dispatch/delivery within dealer network
• To make detailed presentation to prospective Dealers to expand Dealer Network
• To develop a plan to have periodic meeting and dealer visit keeping in view to build their loyalty towards Bencardo
• To ensure well organized product display of Bencardo products at Dealer point
• To interact and play in team to increase defined sales volume as per Business Plan
• To educate dealer and its crew team as and when needed
• To keep self and team abreast with the recent changes being done in Building industry and keep eyes on competitors activities
• To submit all the relevant report to senior management
• To involve in various promotional activities according to business requirement
