Job Description

  • Develop and manage efficient distribution networks and monitor sales
  • Develop an overall business plan including sales strategies and target setting for the sales team and review sales team, performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to HO
  • Demonstrate ability to achieve sales target as decided by management.
  • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of company products in the market, competitor’s activities and look for opportunities increase market share
  • Directing, supervising and motivating subordinates in achieving the sales targets in their respective areas
  • Visit potential and  current clients in order to provide products information, answer client question and concern and build brand awareness along with the team
  • Monitoring and controlling the credit level of the distributors periodically and report to the General Manager
  • To be aware of competitors product/pricing range & how are we will be positioned
