We are creating an infrastructure of Area Managers who would become the backbone of our nationwide Sales and Marketing Apparatus.

The selected individual would be responsible for:

• Relationship Management with Dealers, Wholesalers, Retailers and Customers
• Manage Area Staff
• Sales Promotion
• Execute and Manage Marketing Campaigns in the Area
• Reporting of Market Dynamics

The selected individual is expected to be equipped with the following skills:

• The candidate should  have  5  or  more  years  of  experience  in  the  FMCG industry, preferably Sales & Marketing of Tobacco-related products.
• Fluency in the Nepali Language.
• Fluency in the Local dialects would be better.
• Inter-personal Communication Skills
• Street-smart
• Leadership Skills to lead the S&M field force

Remuneration: Rs. 51,000 Package
