• Preparation of working schedule and its implementation
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, safety  and sanitation standards
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility
• Surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction
• Interact and communicate effectively with site work force including subcontractors, architects and consultants
• Reporting and recording of variation/delays and progress of the project as instructed by project manager
• Responsible for all site execution matters, the works in progress and the continuity of the application work
• Overview and enforcement of all  project quality management procedures
• Implementing all instruction/orders determined by the project manager
