• Master planning
• Architectural design and detailing of buildings
• Coordination of architectural drawings with structural, MEP and interior drawings
• Interior and landscape design
• Preparation of 3D models
• Quantity and cost estimation
• Preparation of technical specifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture from reputed institution
• Masters degree in Architecture an added advantage
• Minimum two years experience
• Two years experience in architectural design and detailing of buildings preferred
• Minimum one year experience in design of multi-storey buildings preferred

Job Specification:

• Good design skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office package, especially MS Word and MS Excel
• Good knowledge and experience with AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, etc.
• Good report writing and presentation skills
