Saathimart’s retail offline outlets are operated under 3 business model; Franchise owned and Franchise operated model (FOFO), franchise owned and company operated (FOCO) and company owned and company operated (COCO) and is the first o2o commerce of Nepal. Customers can order groceries online via our website www.saathimart.com and mobile application (Saathimart). Saathimart aims to delivery goods to consumer doorsteps within 12 hours of order confirmation all over nepal.

The journey started 11 years ago in 2009 from a manufacturing company. After gaining experience for more than 10 years in distributorship, retail and wholesale market in Nepal, we came up with an idea of Saathimart; a retail and online business idea. The company that would enable small as well big entrepreneurs to extend their scope by offering an online platform, enabling young and experienced entrepreneurs through affiliate marketing to earn in Nepal.

Job Description

  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
  • Develop and implement refer and earn marketing strategies.
  • Assigning team in the field to generate leads.
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate  leads
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
  • Inform clients and prospects of various affiliate packages and services through creative marketing strategies
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Deliver Saathimart's retail strategy, providing the necessary support to enhance the refer and earn business, improve the brand awareness drive store visits to all channels
  • Design & execute the campaigns to drive e-commerce.
  • Supply chain management regarding affiliate programs.
  • Local Store Marketing regarding Saathistartup.
  • In-store Marketing for referring and earning program.
  • Customer Audits and Public Relations
  • Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
  • Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
  • Planning Digital marketing campaigns including search engine marketing(SEM)
