Education: LLB

Pre-law Degree:

Position one: Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
Position two: Bachelor’s degree in any subjects.
License: Advocate License (preferred). 

Level: It is a entry level position. 

Language: An applicant must be Fluent in English and Nepali language reading, writing, and understanding.

Software:  Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Adobe System Adobe Acrobat,

Skills: Reading comprehension, critical thinking, Complex Problem Solving, Judgment and Decision Making, Negotiation, Persuasion, Writing, and active learning.

• Typing per minute minimum of 50 in English.  

Duties: 

• Review records/documents-write memos, summaries, legal research, prepare a draft and review legal documents, etc.
• The selected candidate will have the opportunity of work training related to United States Law.
• Administration and management of the office. 

Salary: Higher than local market
