Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Admission Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and enrolling prospective students for our academic programs. Additionally, the Admission Officer will be responsible for meeting sales targets and promoting the institution to potential students, parents, and other stakeholders. 

Responsibilities 

  • Identify potential students and actively recruit them for admission to our academic programs. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, college coordinators, parents, and other stakeholders to promote our institution and its programs. 
  • Meet sales targets by enrolling a predetermined number of students each semester.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion. 
  • Manage the admission process, including application review and communication with applicants. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective and enrolled students, parents, and other stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other departments to ensure a smooth admission process and positive student experience. 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform recruitment and sales strategies. 
  • Have an sales process in place for transparent communication. Provide daily updates on no of inquiries, segregated on the different sources of inquiry.
