Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

To ensure a smooth running of Admission & Public Relation Department  

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To prepare marketing plan and strategy 
  • Attract new students across the College’s portfolio of programmes
  • To develop a reliable and accurate marketing information system (Target market info, competitor research, Branding)
  • Assist in the planning, development and delivery of agreed aspects of the marketing
  • Widen student recruitment activities during the academic session
  • Publicize the strengths of the academic faculty in terms of recruitment of students
  • Write and produce marketing material (brochures, posters, flyers etc) for the College’s programmes
  • To develop and maintain a database of prospective students/parents and companies to facilitate the admission process
  • Liaison with potential partners and affiliations to boost enrollment numbers in different programs
  • Overseeing the College’s participation in various activations (Seminars, Exhibitions, Outbound activities)
