Candidate must be incredibly detail-oriented, not letting anything fall through the cracks. Must be exceptional at oral and written communication and should be a highly motivated individual. Candidate should have wonderful interpersonal skills, as he/she will serve as the gatekeeper and face of his/her Executive supervisor(s). He/She must be skilled at multitasking.

Job Description

  • Serve as administrative resource for Office Executives
  • Prepare special reports, and routine correspondence
  • Make travel arrangements if needed
  • Maintain personnel files
  • Keep company phone and email lists up to date
  • Provide miscellaneous administrative support to team members, members of management, and visitors
  • Complete filing, correspondence, meeting preparations, and other administrative support functions for office staff
  • Oversee the general maintenance staff for the office
  • Ensure office is kept at its best by ensuring the daily checklist process is followed by general maintenance staff
  • To supervise and monitor the office cleanliness 
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory of equipment and office furniture
  • To maintain the day to day financial record and requisitioins
  • Setup Interviews and reminders Executive management
  • Arrange and Facilitate employee lunches, refreshments and events
  • Responsible for general onboarding of new hires according to the new hire checklist
  • Maintain the proximity device for employee attendance
  • Provide security access to the new hires
  • Arrange Appointment /Contract letters for employees
