Job Description

  • Develop, streamline & implement effective policies for administrative procedures.
  • Establishes work schedules and assignments for staff according to workload, space and equipment availability.
  • Maintain Database of individual employees and prepare basis for payroll processing by monitoring attendance, leaves and overtime etc.
  • Prepare monthly records and necessary documentation for PF, CIT transfer or any other statutory payment of employees.
  • Conduct periodic performance appraisal, disciplinary action, Training & development, employee engagement and CSR activities as per Hospital Policy.
  • Plan manpower in coordination with concern HoDs and Board. Recruit as per plan; provide induction and necessary facilitation as per policy.
  • Perform procurement of office supplies and equipments as required.
  • Ensure smooth operation of utilities by timely obtaining of invoices & payment of drinking water, telephone, internet & electricity.
  • Maintain agreement & contract of rent & annual maintenance services (AMC) and other related parties on timely manner.
  • Registration & Renewal of Vehicles, Land and Entrepreneur Tax, Licenses, Membership, Agencies.
  • Upkeep of hospital building, Machines & equipments along with its updated records. Maintain sound security management by regular monitoring & supervision of guards, surveillance cameras.
  •  Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff. Resolve potential issues with patients.
  • Develop, plan, policies for growth of organization by implementing effective customer relationship, renewing existing agreements with outsiders and look for new protentional customer groups.
  • Maintain and update the records of shareholders and annual documentation works of Registrar of Company.
