We are seeking a skilled and proactive Administrative Executive with advanced Microsoft Excel expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative operations and exceptional analytical skills to manage and streamline data effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the organization.
  • Manage and maintain organized records of documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Develop advanced Excel/Google Sheets reports with dashboard and report it to the management regularly.
  • Conduct data analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and review presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Advanced Excel certification (preferred).
