  • Bachelor’s in management with 2 years’ experience in related field
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Nepali

Job Description

  • Professionally represent organization within/outside the organization and provide necessary information to internal and external customers and incoming telephone calls
  • Responsible to manage the reception area
  • Deal with enquiries in a professional and courteous manner in telephone or with employee
  • Assists supervisor in preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents
  • Reviews files and records to answer requests for information
  • Organizes and coordinates meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • Takes types and distribute minutes of meetings and other necessary official documents
  • Implements and maintains office systems
  • Responsible for Attendance and Leave Management
  • Responsible for internal system update
  • Arranges and confirms appointments
  • Sets up work procedures along with collating and maintaining information and databases
  • Coordinates the flow of information both internally and externally
  • Ensures the smooth operation of office equipment and escalates pending issues
  • Assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and processes to ensure efficient operations
  • Responsible of general daily administration including logistics activities
  • Support on procurement of office materials/ equipment preparing purchase requisition, collecting quotation and compiling them with adequate documentation 
  • Assist in Update inventory list and maintain proper recording system
  • Assist operation team to conduct physical verification of assets
  • Maintain office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating requirements, placing orders, verifying receipt and properly stocking delivered items
  • Ensure the day to day activities of the office are running smoothly and effectively
  • Perform other task assigned by concerned authority
  • Assists in organizing official events, and many more
