Report to: General Services Supervisor

Working Hour: 48hr per week

Fringe Benefit: As per AMA policy

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling telephone efficiently and promptly
  • Making sure member application forms are maintained properly
  • Making sure members file are updated and follow up
  • Responsible for petty cash
  • Taking approval & clearance
  • Calling suppliers for payment
  • Receiving members payment
  • Oversea /teach/ coordinate the weekend kids activity
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating booking for squash, massage, swimming lesson, fitness classes and soccer field
  • Updating swimming schedule & posting
  • Handling soccer gymnastics reservations (in season)
  • Checking the bulletin board everyday
  • Responsible for arranging the driver as per request
  • Updating Lockers
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Supervisor & AMA General Manager

Activity

  • Print (when necessary) and distribute the program flyers, banners and broachers provided by the Facility manager
  • Prepare and take registrations for the programs from members
  • Charge or accept cash for the program registration
  • Provide necessary information to the inquiring members from Admin Office or phone/email queries.
  • Inform and update the members in case of any pre/postponement, cancellation, not happening of programs, as per the instruction from Facility Manager
  • Help and assist the Facility Manager as per the requirement. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Highly Competent in Microsoft Office applications, and advanced excel skills
  • Knowledge and experience of accounting systems and preferably Tally 
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with the public
  • Fluency in written and vocal English language
