We are also partner with Microsoft and Alibaba. Genese’s core technical team resides in Nepal and provides consultancy and support worldwide for Cloud Solution. We are looking for a team member for Genese Cloud Academy project of  सीप funded by DFID.

Job Description

  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
  • Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
  • Maintain working environment standards as well as maintain the office premises. 
  • Maintain the proper documentation system within the department as well as maintain the confidentiality of the documents.
  • Supporting department managers, staff, and Director
  • Maintain good working relations with the client and with the vendors.
  • Prepare/ Update admin and procurement policies as needed
  • Maintain company calendar as per the need 
  • Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
  • Organizing special functions and social events as per the need of the company
  • Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
  • Maintain the Vehicle Log 
  • Responsible and line manage Office attendant.
  • Communication -Telephone handling
