Job Description

  • Documenting financial transactions by entering account information in to the system
  • Dealing with Receivables and Payables, includes processing invoices, following up and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Verifying expenses are within the organization’s policies, correcting errors, questioning abnormal expenses and resolving the problem
  • Maintaining internal control system by following policies and procedures; complying local financial and legal requirements
  • Correcting errors by posting adjusting journal entries
  • Preparing or assist in preparing various periodic financial or administrative reports
  • Processing requisitions for supplies and equipment
  • Maintenance of Fixed asset register and also keeping track of moving assets
