  • Ensure that office routines are established and functions smoothly
  • Preparing and submission of Field Staff monthly Time-Sheet
  • Record document numbering, filing, and despatch distribution of incoming mail
  • Set up and maintain administrative support of the branch
  • Prepare and keep log records
  • Basic accounting and record keeping is required
  • Prepare and maintain an inventory of DO assets.
  • Assist in preparing monthly report
