Job Description

  • Work as a point of contact between employees, providing administrative assistance and addressing their queries
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, devise ways to streamline processes while handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Ensure smooth flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Assure and ensure accuracy of records management, maintain and update inventory in timely basis
  • Responsible for petty cash expenses, submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Make agreement papers with vendors, suppliers and service providers as well as deal with them in case of issues
  • Procurement of general supplies, equipment and consumables as per required
  •  Preparing travel arrangements for office staffs and managers
  • Schedule in house and external events with coordination with various units
  • Create, format and proofread documents, letters, memos, forms, reports as per required
