• Ensure that office routines are established & functions smoothly
  
• Record document numbering, filing & dispatch distribution of incoming mail
  
• Maintain administrative support of the branch
  
• Prepare and maintain an inventory stock
  
• Communication with vendors and prepare PO
  
• Knowledge of Import and export will be an added point
  
• Other tasks assigned by the management from time to time
  
• Responsible for maintaining stock of official equipment & stationery, computer & other necessity
