• Bachelor's Degree in Management with 3 years of experience in the similar field or Master's Degree in Management with 1 year of experience in the similar field
  
• Excellent Interpersonal skill with command over English and Nepali Language, both written and spoken
  
• Excellent computer knowledge, especially MS Office
  
• Report writing skills
