Job Description

Asian Feeds is a large tax paying organization and focuses on total quality management. This position requires candidates to plan and procure raw materials (animal supplements and other raw materials) from global vendors.

Major duties and responsibilities:

Strategically plan and manage logistics
Direct, optimize and coordinate full purchase order cycle
Liaise and communicate with suppliers, manufacturers and custom agents
Deal with banks and insurance companies for documentation of import raw materials
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels ensuring regular updates from the factory
Inventory planning on a weekly basis on the basis of report from factory
Stay updated about the custom and NRB regulations
Fulfill the necessary compliance of legal departments of Nepal for import permit
Track shipments and arrange warehouse
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
