Job Description

  • Lead, direct and mentor administrative staff (drivers and support staffs) to achieve maximum output
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
  • Manage databases and document processes and systems implement
  • Overall maintenance and repair of utilities at all the branches i.e., telephone, internet, printer, furniture, vehicles, etc
  • Maintaining records of all the assets given to the employees
  • Responsible for keeping track of all physical assets in the team, procurement and disbursement as per policy
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority
  • Supervision of construction whenever required
