Job Description

Contract :Time Bound Contract - Six months to One year.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the supplies & inventory of supplies (stationeries, mobile re-charge coupons & consumables etc.).
  • Collect stationery requirements on quarterly basis for the office.
  • Maintain and provide the asset details of items maintained by the Admin department – for e.g. the Phones, Sleeping Mats etc. 
  • Ensure petty cash records are updated and settled on a timely manner (if needed)
  • Be responsible for screening visitors and phone calls.
  • Handling and maintaining record of Postal, Courier Services etc.
  • Supervise the Janitors work at the office and ensure sufficient cleaning materials are provided.
  • Ensure maintenance of the office space and make the premises is kept neat and clean and everything is in working order (includes lights, locks, A/C etc.).
  • Ensure adequate seating arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain, update and manage contacts required for effective functioning of support services (guard, house owner, maintenance etc.).
  • Ensure regular payment of utilities like electricity, water, internet etc.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management from recognized university with at least three years’ work experience in a front desk management, administration, assets management, inventory management and public relation
  • Good knowledge inventory and assets management
  • Able to deliver report on time and as per requirement
  • Excellent English & Nepali communication skills (oral and written)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications including use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have positive learning attitude and concern for the poor and vulnerable people
  • Have high level of integrity and honesty, self-motivated, confident, and independent
