Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our Nepal-based team in providing administrative and compliance assistance to our Australian office, helping clients with company setups, ASIC management, and tax-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative emails and correspondence with clients and government bodies 
  • Assist with company, trust, and Self Managed Super Funds ( SMSF ) registrations and ongoing maintenance using ASIC and related platforms (such as NowInfinity) 
  • Manage company changes and updates (e.g., director/shareholder changes, address updates, share structure changes, etc.) through ASIC 
  • Handle Australian Securities and Investments Commission( ASIC ) -related renewals, follow-ups, and compliance tracking 
  • Make and manage calls with ATO and ASIC for client and company matters 
  • Assist with Australian Taxation Office ( ATO ) - related lodgements and administrative tasks 
  • Support admin manager for day-to-day tasks and reports
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and client records 
  • Coordinate with clients and the Australian team to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met
