Administration:
- Operate and insure day to day administrative work
- Contribute
in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of
administration, logistics, rules and guidelines, in order to achieve the
most cost-effective office management
- Ensure well -functioning of office equipment and their best utilization
- Supervise
all the repair and maintenance of electrical machine, printers,
photocopiers, etc. to be performed in the office and submit bills for
approval with recommendation
- Ensure minimum stock level of office supplies
- Manage
admin/Logistics support in arranging different official activities such
as training, workshop, meeting etc. in an efficient way
- Collect casual staff attendance sheet and proceed to make payment
- Assist in implementing all day to day HR functions, involve in
implementing policies, develop and assist in training and development
modules
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority
Recruitment/ New Hire Process:
- Participating in recruitment efforts
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
- Preparing new employee files
- Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
- Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
- Conducting benefit enrollment process
- Administering new employment assessments
Record Maintenance:
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Support to timely process the payroll, attendance management, leave records management.
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- To ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
- Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
