Job Description

Administration:

  • Operate and insure day to day administrative work
  • Contribute in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of administration, logistics, rules and guidelines, in order to achieve the most cost-effective office management
  • Ensure well -functioning of office equipment and their best utilization
  • Supervise all the repair and maintenance of electrical machine, printers, photocopiers, etc. to be performed in the office and submit bills for approval with recommendation
  • Ensure minimum stock level of office supplies
  • Manage admin/Logistics support in arranging different official activities such as training, workshop, meeting etc. in an efficient way
  • Collect casual staff attendance sheet and proceed to make payment
  • Assist in implementing all day to day HR functions, involve in implementing policies, develop and assist in training and development modules
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority

Recruitment/ New Hire Process:

  • Participating in recruitment efforts
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
  • Preparing new employee files
  • Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
  • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Conducting benefit enrollment process
  • Administering new employment assessments

Record Maintenance:

  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
  • Support to timely process the payroll, attendance management, leave records management.
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
  • To ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
