Job Description

  • Keep a tab on all the incoming and outgoing emails
  • Check mails and assign responsibility to the concerned branch staff on a daily basis
  • Coordinate between the branch receptionists and confirm all the mails and/or requests for quotations are replied to on a daily basis
  • Update and float price list to both the branches
  • Make pictorial list of all items and mail to the customers regularly
  • Follow up with customers on a regular basis
  • Check and update website on a regular basis
