Required Qualification Criteria: 

• BBA/BBS/MBA/MBS from a recognized university
  
• Atleast 3-5 years of demonstrated accounting experience in a 3-5 star Hotel
  
• Experience in carrying out cost analysis of Food and Beverages
  
• Perform profitability analysis of F&B
  
• Ability to maintain F&B costing and inventory management systems
  
• Ability to monitor food and beverage performance through analysis of daily food covers, sales and cost reports
  
• Good working knowledge of food and beverage inventory
  
• Experienced in controlling food and beverage budget expense lines
  
• Should have complete knowledge about Tax, VAT and TDS
  
• Knowledge of Accounting Software like Tally/ Swastik etc
  
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Package
