  • Responsible to verify, input, and retrieve financial data in the computer system
  • Analyze accounts payable and receivable, similar types of revenue revenue-generating documents
  • Analyze and maintain VAT bills
  • Summarize higher level numerical and financial data to keep financial records
  • Issue bills, invoices, account statements and other financial statements according to established procedures
  • Perform financial calculations like amounts due, interest charges, balances discounts
  • Resolve complex billing issues
  • Review the processing of billings, purchase orders, payment vouchers and expenditure authorizations and payroll for accuracy and compliance with organizational procedures
  • Prepare trip budgets and hand over cash amount to guides
  • Prepare costing for various trips
  • Coordinate audits by various taxation authorities
  • Produce accurate financial reports
  • Should know how to ride a bike and have a valid license
  • Should work for Ace the Himalaya’s sister companies too

Job Description

  • Ability to work on flexible time and under pressure (The job requires you to be at office from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. If work demands, you should be able to come earlier in the morning or stay late or come on Saturday.)
  • Skilled in accounting softwares 
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting legislation and standards
  • Having analytical mind and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
