• Day to day book keeping and data-entry
  
• Preparation of management reports
  
• Preparation of month-end accounts and annual financial statements
  
• Liaising with the auditors during the annual financial audits
  
• Performing statutory tax compliance duties
  
• Perform day-to-day Banking functions: cash transfers, L/C documentation preparation, submission and follow up, foreign party payments via RTGS/ Demand Draft, Bi Bi Ni issuance and submission to Bank, liaise with Bank personnel etc
  
• Other duties considered reasonable in line with the position and in the normal course of business
