• Bachelor or Master degree in finance and accounting field
  
• Hotel experience is a MUST
  
• Pre-opening experience is required
  
• Minimum of 3 years hotel accounting experience plus 3 years of experience, preferably at international hotel chain
• Versatile financial skills to include budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and monthly payroll audits and issue pay checks
• Able to prepare month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing tasks and P&L. Financial monthly report and analytical report of both month-end and quarter-end, financial for external audit All suspense accounts, GLs reconciliation etc. Reconcile fixed assets and depreciation computation for tax regulation, VAT purchase, VAT sales and withholding tax, AR outstanding report
  
• Good command of English in speaking and writing
  
• Familiar with accounting and pay roll software and PMS
  
• Able to work independently but equally a team player with good understanding of hotel operation and its constraints
