Job Description

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Check invoices for inaccuracies
  • Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO
  • Regularly making contact with customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed.
  • Ensure the timely reconciliation of accounts and statements.
  • Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required
  • Effectively dealing with customer account queries/complaints, including liaising with other departments, to ensure they are brought to a satisfactory conclusion
