• Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
  
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of payment with company’s all internal and external stakeholders
  
• Update internal databases (CRM) with account details
  
• Perform back-office sales tasks to support Account Executives as needed
  
• Contact customers or other stakeholders to answer queries or retrieve information about their account
  
• Prepare reports on account status
  
• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters related to accounts
