Other Specification
  • Good quantitative computer skills / Knowledge of working on an ERP is preferred
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to make a positive impact as a team leader and team player
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or Related Field
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience in finance, auditing, or accounting department
  • Experience working with teams and supervision
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English

  • Extensive financial or cost management experience
  • Posses excellent problem solving skills
  • Accounting/ Financial reporting and MIS reporting experience.
  • Experience in the preparation of financial statements, budgets and forecast
  • Financial Management and Reporting
  • Budget Planning and Monitoring
  • Coordination with stakeholders and representation in finance related activities
  • Staff Management of finance team
