• Responsible for the central data processing , posting, analyzing & providing details as per requirement
  
• Preparation of revenue report and analysis 
  
• Preparation of  invoices
  
• Follow up for account receivables and payables
  
• Maintaining and balancing subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting , reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies
  
• Maintaining general ledger, preparing trial balance and reconciling entries
  
• Supervise, monitor and assign task to subordinates
  
• Coordinating with Auditor and preparing half yearly & yearly Financial Report 
  
• Preparation of MIS report required for Top level management
  
• Summarizing financial status by collecting information and other statements
  
• Yearly budget preparation and monitoring on quarterly basis
  
• Responsible for doing all general accounting / financial duties as assigned
