About the job

Responsibilities

Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
Maintain company account books (Purchase/Expense book, Sales book, A/c receivables & payables).
Process financial tasks within the team including procurement, and receipt of goods.
Administer reimbursements, payments, and transactions (e.g. employee claim forms, travel warrants).
Prepare reconciliation of cash and bank statement on regular basis.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of TDS and VAT returns.
Coordinate between departments on financial and accounting matters.
Support the Finance executives with projects and tasks when required.

Requirements

Proficient in Tally accounting software.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiar with VAT and tax regulations according to government policies in Nepal.
