Tasks across roles includes
- Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases and financial reports for monthly reports
- Prepare and review report minutely before submission
- Prepare journal entries
- Manage the accounts budget, invoicing the client and reconciliation
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows
- Communicate with the clients to solve any billing confusion
- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
- Maintain financial health of organization
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required
- Understand and follow company rules and regulations
- Analyzing change and advising accordingly
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages
- Proficiency in FACT Software
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Outgoing / At least two wheeler driving license
