Tasks across roles includes

• Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases and financial reports for monthly reports
• Prepare and review report minutely before submission
• Prepare journal entries
• Manage the accounts budget, invoicing the client and reconciliation
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows
• Communicate with the clients to solve any billing confusion
• Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
• Maintain financial health of organization
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required
• Understand and follow company rules and regulations
• Analyzing change and advising accordingly

Skills 

• Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages
• Proficiency in FACT Software
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Outgoing / At least two wheeler driving license
