1. Maintain inventory records by purchasing, monitoring and keeping day to day reports of the same in the software.
2. Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts when required; reconciling with data storage system.
3. Achieve financial objectives by preparing timely report and whenever required; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
4. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
5. Keep physical records and maintain files of the reports.
6. Maintain sales and purchase data entry in the report book in the precise manner.
7. Prepare sales bills, credit notes, receipts and challans.
