Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year
Other Specification
  •  Must be good in MS Office especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Having at least 1 year of experience will be advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Nepali
  • Must have a very good understanding of accounting principles
  • Basic knowledge of  Microsoft Office Package
  • Knowledge of Tally Accounting Software preferable

Job Description

  • Maintain the daily accounts and administrative task
  • Manage/monitor daily office operation
  • Responsible for handling telephone and be responsible for all incoming calls and communicating to relevant persons
  • Issuing Invoice & receipts for each sales and Collection transactions and posting them to tally
  • Preparing and updating  Sales Register on daily basis
  • Physical verification of stock and cash from time to time and report to HO
