• Act as back-up to line manager in performing Academic operations duties
• Provide support to Operations manager (Coordinators) as and when required
• Support the Coordinators in managing and resolving academic operational issues
• Store, file and retrieve documents and reports as and when needed
• Overall Examination planning, execution, monitoring & reporting to the line manager
• Perform general office and clerical duties
• Assisting and coordinating regarding academic meetings and events
• Required to do their job under the close supervision of Line Manager (Coordinator)
