Job Description

  • Primary centric of implementing the company’s core values, maintaining and expanding customer relationship of related account and other key stakeholders
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop, Implement & expand business in the related account to continuously generate customer satisfaction to help meet the company’s VISION; in line with the company’s CORE VALUES
  • Sales operation of the account from lead to cash. Exceed KPI given for accounts
  • Generate, Implement, Support and Co-ordinate solutions for client & lead team to make the solutions acceptable to the customer
  • Customer issues resolution and coordination till closure
  • Customer/competitors/market information collections, analysis & reporting
  • Bidding support, contract negotiations and project participations
