• Ensure that the right products are delivered to the right place on time and in the most cost-efficient way possible.
• Supervise the distribution of all the circulations of the publishing house
• Hiring and allocating vehicles for transportation, coordinating with retailers and press personnel regarding transportation of published work
• Allocating travel routes to drivers in various regions, ensuring timely and secure delivery of stationery, being solely responsible for the transportation and other tasks assigned by the line manager
• Overlooking our distribution chain involving over 200 employees to guarantee delivery of products on time every morning
• Minimizing any complain regarding distribution service, and prepare reports daily for the management
